Procession through Thisted's midtown. Snedsted Tamburkorps, Thisted FDF korps and Morsø garden converge on Thisted. In the marketplace Store torv all 3 bands join.
Directly after the new Olsen Gang silhouette of the cinema Kino 1-3 will be unveiled by Morten Grunwald at Store torv.

At Thisted Musik Teater you can see and listen to the legendary Jazz Band Papa Bue and his Viking Jazz Band. Among other things they played in original the theme music to the Olsen Gang. And a lot of wonderful New Orleans-Jazz, which flies above the stage to a hopefully cheerful audience.

Morten Grunwald will sign his book „Kort tid - Blå mærker og gyldne øjeblikke!” (short time - blue signs and golden moments!) at Bog og Idé Thisted. „Kort tid“ is a memorization on seven decades, Morten Grunwald is telling about growing up to Odense, about problems with his German sounding name while the garrison, about his period of training and about a lot of years working at the Danish theater and at film as actor, director and intendant.

Opening of the Olsen Gang exhibition at Thisted museum. You can see costumes, requisites and others from the Olsen Gang films.
The exhibition is going on from 12th to 22nd August.
Access: the Olsen Gang exhibition is for free on Saturday - after it costs 25,-- Kr.

The open air theater Reichenau come from Germany and play the successful play "The Olsen Gang flip out" (Die Olsenbande dreht durch) at Store Torv.

The Museum Hanstholm and Jens Andersen (writer of the guide „Olsen Bandens Jylland“) bid to guidances at the Olsen Gang film locations. Guidances are for free.
"Olsen Gangs's Jutland - A guide to all Olsen Gang film locations in Thy".
The guide is written by Jens Andersen from Hanstholm Museum, in cooperation with Bo Christensen (producer of the Olsen Gang films) und Rolf Konow (stillphotographer). The guide is available at Bog og ide, Kvickly, Super Brugsen, KINO 1-3, Thisted tourist office and Hanstholm Museum.
